Production Process

Mirror silver aluminum paste is mainly manufactured by vacuum evaporation deposition process. High-purity aluminum is taken as raw material and purified first. Under high vacuum condition, aluminum material is heated and vaporized, then condensed into ultra-thin mirror aluminum film on the surface of PET release film.

The aluminum film is stripped from the base film by solvent, then washed and separated to obtain aluminum filter cake. After low-temperature fine grinding and particle size classification, surface coating treatment is conducted to enhance dispersion, corrosion resistance and weather resistance. Finally, the finished product is prepared through proportioning, filtering and quality inspection.

Applications

With high reflectivity and mirror chrome-like luster, this product is widely applied in multiple industries. It is used for automobile exterior and interior coatings, wheel hub paint and 3C electronic product shell printing ink.

It also serves as metallic pigment for cosmetic packaging, luxury gift boxes and daily hardware spraying. Besides, it is applicable to nail polish, art decorations and furniture paint, replacing traditional electroplating technology to achieve bright metallic decorative effect.
