In the production of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks, the excessively fast gas generation of aluminum powder paste frequently causes common quality defects. In terms of production technology, properly extend the stirring time of aluminum powder paste. This enables the aluminum powder to disperse evenly in the slurry, prevents local concentrated reactions, and avoids large pores and hole connection caused by uneven foaming. The coordinated application of all these methods can perfectly match the foaming speed with slurry thickening, eliminating mold collapse and pore defects.
