Anti rust special zinc paste: It focuses on basic anti rust protection and is commonly used for daily maintenance of ordinary steel structures, construction machinery, and outdoor metal components. It is the most widely held category in the market.
Conductive and Thermal Conductive Zinc Paste: A high zinc content formula specifically used for conductive and thermal filling of electronic and electrical components, suitable for industrial scenarios with requirements for electrical conductivity.
High temperature anti sticking zinc paste: added with high temperature resistant additives, can withstand high temperatures above 1000 ℃, and is mainly used for thread and bearing assembly under high temperature conditions to avoid component adhesion and sticking due to high temperature.
4、 Classified by curing characteristics
Self drying zinc paste: It naturally dries and solidifies at room temperature without the need for additional heating or baking. The construction threshold is low, and ordinary workers can directly apply it, making it suitable for outdoor construction scenes on site.
Baking curing zinc paste: It needs to be baked at high temperatures of 180 ℃~220 ℃ to form a film, with higher coating hardness and longer protection life. It is commonly used in batch pretreatment scenarios for prefabricated components in factories.
