Manufacturing method
1.Quality control of raw materials When using aluminum foil scraps as raw materials, we must first select the foil, pick out the oxide foil, and separate the aluminum foils with different thicknesses to ensure the uniform thickness of raw materials. When aluminum ingots are used as raw materials, it is necessary to ensure no oxide and uniform particle size.
2.Ball milling (please use a professional aluminum ball mill) Put the screened aluminum foil or aluminum particles and the aqueous solution of various additives into a ball mill for grinding. During grinding, the temperature inside the machine should be strictly controlled. If the temperature is too high, it can be adjusted by cooling with water. Stop the machine after the fineness of the material meets the requirements. The grinding aid used can make the ball and powder not stick to each other in the process of ball milling, so that the ball milling can be carried out smoothly. Water powder can make aluminum powder evenly dispersed in water solution, which is convenient for grinding. Corrosion inhibitor can prevent the chemical reaction between aluminum powder and water. Film coating can prevent aluminum powder from oxidation in contact with air and reaction with water in the ball mill, that is, aluminum powder is wrapped. The detergent is washed off by oxide in ball milling, which improves the product quality.
3.Discharging Immediately after the ball mill stops, add the pre-prepared discharging liquid into the machine, start the machine for 3~5 minutes, dilute the materials in the machine, and then use the discharging machine to suck the materials into the temporary storage tank. Then use 30~50kg of clean water to rinse the residual materials in the machine.
4.dehydrate Use the patented aluminum powder ball mill, aluminum powder dehydration press, powder crusher, etc. (this set of equipment is applying for the national industry energy-saving patent), and directly carry out dehydration pressure and powder grinding. This equipment has the characteristics of durability, high efficiency (if aluminum slurry can be dehydrated and bagged in one hour by five machines), power saving (only using 3KW motor) and labor saving (only one person is required to operate in each shift). The aluminum paste has reliable reaction quality after being used by users, and the produced aerated concrete block has uniform pores, moderate pore size, appropriate thickness of inter-hole walls and compressive strength in line with national standars.


Problems needing attention in aluminum paste storage:
- Products should be stored in a dry, ventilated and cool warehouse.
2. The product should be used as soon as possible after opening. If it cannot be used at one time, it should be sealed immediately.
3.It should be isolated from water, acid, alkali, corrosive products, heat sources and fire sources.
4.During transportation, exposure to sunlight, rain and high temperature should be prevented.
5. The storage period of aluminum paste is one year from the date of production under the above transportation and storage conditions.
