The daily management points of aluminum powder for concrete blocks can be summarized from six dimensions: “personnel, accounts, warehouse, operation, inspection, and training”, and can be directly implemented in the workshop.
1、 Personnel and Responsibilities
-Aluminum powder will be managed by dedicated personnel, with clear division of responsibilities for custodians, material collectors, and supervisors.
-The warehouse key is kept by a dedicated person, and unrelated personnel are not allowed to enter.
-The use and feeding shall be double checked by two people (one weighing and one checking the records) to prevent errors.
2、 Ledger and inbound/outbound inventory
-Establish an inventory ledger for aluminum powder: product name, specifications, batch number, quantity, date, and handler.
-Adhere to the principle of first in, first out, and collect according to batch number order to prevent backlog and expiration.
-The inventory level should be controlled within a reasonable range of usage, and regular inventory checks should be conducted to ensure consistency between accounts and goods.
3、 Daily management of warehouse
-Daily inspection: temperature and humidity (≤ 35 ℃, ≤ 75%), intact packaging, no dampness or clumping, no odor or smoke, and no dust accumulation.
-Keep the warehouse clean, ventilated, and dry, and promptly clean up the dust on the floor.
-Fire equipment (dry powder fire extinguishers, dry sand) should be placed at designated locations and regularly inspected for expiration dates.
4、 Requisition and feeding operations
-Handle with care when using, do not smash or roll, to prevent packaging damage and leakage.
-Dust removal devices shall be installed at the feeding and mixing areas, and open flames and smoking are strictly prohibited at the operation site.
-Operators should wear anti-static work clothes, and equipment and pipelines should be reliably grounded.
-The container should be dry and clean, and aluminum powder should not come into contact with oil stains or water vapor.
5、 Quality and status monitoring
-Each batch of aluminum powder shall be inspected for active aluminum content, fineness, and moisture upon arrival at the factory, and inspection records shall be kept.
-Immediately isolate aluminum powder that has been found to be damp, clumped, or ineffective, and prohibit mixing.
-The causes of mold collapse, abnormal density, etc. during production can be traced back to the corresponding batch number of aluminum powder for investigation.
6、 Safety training and emergency response
-Operators receive regular training on dust explosion prevention, fire protection, and emergency response.
-The pre shift meeting will emphasize the precautions for the day and hand over the inventory and abnormal situations in writing during the shift handover.
-Use dry powder/dry sand to put out aluminum powder fire. Do not use water or foam; Regularly practice emergency plans.
-Establish an abnormal reporting mechanism, report problems promptly without concealment or delay.
