1.1 Project Basic Profile
This project involves the construction of a new intelligent aluminum pigment production line located in a compliant industrial park. Adopting mature industrial production technologies, the project mainly produces floating aluminum paste, non-floating aluminum paste, and ultra-fine aluminum powder pigments, which are widely applied in automotive coatings, industrial coatings, plastic inks, building decoration, anti-corrosion coatings and other fields. Based on the huge market demand for functional metal pigments in China, the project adheres to the principles of environmental protection, energy conservation and intelligent manufacturing to build a large-scale, standardized and low-carbon modern aluminum pigment production base, effectively filling the gap in high-end aluminum pigment capacity in the region and substituting part of imported products.
The project is designed with an annual output of 8,000 tons of high-end aluminum pigments, including 6,000 tons of aluminum paste and 2,000 tons of ultra-fine aluminum powder. The construction period is 12 months. Upon completion and commissioning, stable mass production can be realized with promising market prospects and economic benefits.
